MARITAPE is recommended for marine applications where the weather and sea conditions only demand a medium strength tape at a moderate price. MARITAPE offers far greater strength than duct tape but does not quite equal the heavy duty, critical service strength offered by Diplomatic Marine’s RAM-NEK Hatch Cover Tape. Typical uses include: barge hatch covers, ships’ hatch covers (if heavy weather is expected, use RAMNEK Hatch Cover Tape), tank covers, weather deck doors, and metal pipe protection from cathodic and corrosion conditions. MARITAPE is available in 2 widths and packaged in 4 rolls.
