  1. Gently remove pull-plug from top and bottom side of battery.
  2.  Line up clip to battery, lining up holes on clip (A) with plug holes on bottom side of battery (B).
  3.  Gently re-attach pull-plug to the battery case,making sure plug is firmly in place both on the top and the bottom side of the battery.
  4.  Attach battery firmly to lifejacket strap by feeding strap along the back of battery and fastening plastic base (C) to clip by pushing the clip's four plastic hooks through the corresponding holes on the clip base (the plastic spikes should face inwards, holding the strap firmly in place).
